TRILANTIC Joins Nexidia’s Partner Program to Provide Audio Disclosure Services in the European Union Print

LONDON, UK and ATLANTA, GA (November 19, 2008) – London-based TRILANTIC, the leading European Union-based electronic disclosure service provider, and Nexidia, the market-leading provider of audio and video search analytics, announced today that they have partnered to offer law firms and legal departments audio disclosure services in a familiar review environment.

“Having worked in the past on matters where voice recordings were transcribed at great expense to enable lawyers to search for key evidence, partnering with Nexidia provides an easier-to-use, quicker, and much less expensive option,” said TRILANTIC’s managing director, Nigel Murray. “I am delighted to be able to add Nexidia’s Audio Disclosure services to our range of eDisclosure services in the U.K. and European Union so that whether it is voice or video our clients can search, review, and produce in the same manner as other forms of electronic documents.”

Traditionally, audio content has been reviewed either through human listening or through transcription. Both methods are expensive and subject to error and oversight. Nexidia’s highly accurate indexing technology reduces the cost of reviewing audio and video content by as much as 80 percent, and is the only technology capable of making hundreds or thousands of hours of content available for review in just a few days, as opposed to several weeks or months.

“We’re pleased to have a partner in Europe that recognizes the significance of audio content in eDiscovery, compliance, and regulatory matters,” said Jeff Schlueter, VP – Legal Market for Nexidia. "Nexidia has recently realized a significant surge in business from the energy and financial services sectors, and with our multiple language capabilities, we’re excited to partner with TRILANTIC and expand our audio discovery services outside of the U.S.”
