|The Frayman Group and Tikit Announce Reseller Agreement|
London and New York– (November 17, 2008) – The Frayman Group, a provider of business process assurance services and technologies for law firms, and Tikit Group PLC, the leading European provider of consultancy, software and support services to the legal sector, today announced that they have entered into an exclusive reseller agreement whereby Tikit will market The Frayman Group’s CompliGuard Information Barriers & Ethical Walls software in the UK and Europe.
The Frayman Group recently released CompliGuard 2.0, a full-featured web-based version of its leading ethical walls system that gives firms the ability to better protect sensitive information and reduce risk exposure by establishing, maintaining, monitoring and updating walls from a single point of entry. As per the agreement, Tikit will be the exclusive reseller of CompliGuard licenses in the UK, Ireland, Spain and France and will provide all implementation and ongoing services.
