William Sturges switch from Axxia to Pilgrim Print

William Sturges, an 80 person law firm with offices in Westminster and Ealing has selected Pilgrim’s LawSoft Enterprise PMS solution as its next generation Practice Management System.

Having decided to migrate from its existing Axxia Arista system, the firm embarked on a thorough review of the legal IT marketplace.  The selection process was led by the firm’s Partner Andrew Todd, together with their Accountant and IT consultant.  After assessing the capabilities of many specialist suppliers, we are pleased to announce that the firm has opted to work with Pilgrim.

Andrew Todd stated, “Pilgrim impressed us with its software, its people and its desire to really understand how our business operates. We are confident that the time both parties spent getting to know each other during the past few months, will ensure a successful project and an effective long-term relationship”.

The firm intends to initially use LawSoft for accounting, time recording, billing, CMI, credit control, document management, and client relationship management.

Robin Boyle (Pilgrim Director) said, “We are delighted to be working with William Sturges. This collaboration further confirms that our focus on delivering best advice, high quality service and leading edge software, whilst retaining the agility that only an independent supplier can, is gaining significant traction in the market place”.
