Inaugural case law journal provides court decisions validating Evidence Lifecycle Management (ELM) framework designed to automate eDiscovery process

MatterSpace・ ELM Monthly, delivered in PDF format, strives to achieve three central content objectives:
 
Validation of ELM: Report on court decisions validating the Evidence Lifecycle Management process, as well as cases involving MatterSpace・ ELM and the certified professionals who support this technology.
 
Process and Technology: A primary focus includes addressing how MatterSpace・ ELM process technology facilitates the authentication and admission of preservation‐related communications and data evidence in light of the current status of the law, and as a paradigm shift from past industry practices.
 
Preservation and collection focus: The journal provide a focus on preservation and collection in civil matters that are both communications and data‐driven to continually bring more accuracy and accountability to each matter through ELM.
