Company hires industry sales leader to head national sales team ORLANDO, Fla. (January 30, 2009)— Orlando-based Wave Software, an innovator in the de-duplication, regeneration and export of native electronic files, announced today that it has hired Gary Foreman as Vice President of Sales. His responsibilities for the company include driving the national sales operation, managing the growing sales team and business development activities. Mr. Foreman brings more than 20 years of senior level management and sales experience in the legal industry, as well as a solid sales track record. “We are excited to have Mr. Foreman join Wave Software to lead our sales team,” stated Robert Childress, President of Wave Software. “His long track record of success, coupled with his thorough knowledge of the legal industry, will further enable us to execute our strategic business objectives and meet our customers’ growing requirements for an advanced native email processing solution. “ Prior to joining Wave Software, Mr. Foreman was the East Coast Sales Director for Bridgeway Software, a leading solutions provider for corporate secretaries and in-house legal departments, providing matter management, e-billing, corporate governance and e-discovery software, and implementation services to the corporate legal market. He received many sales awards, exceeded sales quota multiple years, and also closed the largest deal in Bridgeway’s history, with Citigroup in New York, the world’s largest law department with 1800 professionals. Prior to Bridgeway Software he served as Vice President of Sales at Mitratech Software. Mr. Foreman also spent over ten years selling document management, case management and other software applications, and consulting law firms. He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Foreman will be based out of Chicago, IL.
