EncoreTech, Inc. (www.encoretech.com), a leading provider of training and support for legal applications, today announced that Jeffrey Roach will join the company as President. Roach, an industry veteran, will provide overall strategic guidance at EncoreTech and have direct responsibility for the sales and marketing efforts to the nation’s top 200 law firms. Roach will report to Chief Executive Officer Stacy Gittleman. He is joining EncoreTech from Profisciencē Partners, where he was the Chief Learning Evangelist.

Before joining Profisciencē Partners in 2006, Roach spent 15 years with Perfect Access Speer in roles of increasing responsibility and seniority in company direction and management. In his last role at Perfect Access Speer, Roach was Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer, where he served as a strategic point of influence throughout the business.
